Co-write a book with Matt Shaw

I am often asked to co-write books with people so I thought I would offer this listing here, giving you the chance to co-write a book with me. 

The average novella is around 20,000 words so we would write 10,000 words each, based on a story idea that you bring to the table. We will work closely together over a series of 1-2-1 video calls to ensure we both know what is required and - then we will jump right into it. 

Once the book is completed, I will step back (other than sharing it upon release) and you will already have a contract in which I have given up the rights to any royalty-made through the sales of both ebooks and physical releases (potential film and television deals would be a 50/50 split). The book itself will be yours to do with as you please. 

The reason I am charging the fee upfront is because of the time taken to write a book taking me away from my actual writing, and the fact I am then giving up all royalties so - all being well - you should make your investment back fairly promptly. 

Please be aware, on the basic package you will be responsible for: 

1. Getting the work professionally edited 

2. Finding a suitable artist for the cover 

3. Releasing the work 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you intend to write your section of the book using A.I - I have zero interest in collaborating with you. If it is proven you have used A.I in the writing after the book has been released, you will be required to cease all sales and remove the title immediately. 

If you do not wish to release the book yourself, or find a cover and editor then there is a second option in which I will deal with everything and release the book on your behalf (then paying you monthly royalties).

This is open to everyone but I cannot stress enough that A.I writing will not be permitted and, to make it very clear, if A.I writing used - there will be no refunds given if you're asked to remove the title from sale.
