The second book picks up from the end of the first book as David Gusting finds himself being shipped off to an asylum for the insane. While he looks to try and get himself better so he can be re-released, back into society, the doctors and nurses realise they're sitting on a goldmine with him there... Instead of working with him, to cure him of his strange obsession with grossing people out, they decide to encourage it so they can profit from it... David doesn't try and fight them. While he wants his freedom, there's no denying he is addicted to the reactions of those around him whenever he does something to make them feel sick... But how far will he be made to go this time and - will he ever reach his limit?
